Last year, when Ryerson Brothers Construction marked 15 years, we set up our own “Ebenezer Stone” on the corner of our office property in Rock Hill. It was our way of following the biblical tradition of stones of remembrance—physical markers of God’s faithfulness and provision. Just as Samuel declared in 1 Samuel 7:12, “thus far, the Lord has helped us,” we wanted to declare publicly that every project, every employee, every lesson learned, and every blessing we’ve experienced has come from His hand.
Now, as we pass our 16th year, I find myself looking back on that milestone with even deeper gratitude. God has continued to provide for us in ways big and small: steady work, loyal customers, a dedicated team, and the strength to keep pressing forward. We’ve seen His favor and guidance not just in the highlights, but also in the challenges that stretched us and reminded us of our dependence on Him.
Looking ahead, I and the team at Ryerson Brothers Construction remain committed to serving this community with excellence, integrity, and faith. Just as our stone of help reminds us of God’s faithfulness in the past, it also points us forward with confidence for the future- because He is as steady as a foundation stone. To Him be the glory for 16 years—and, Lord willing, for many more to come.
